- 4 medium/large Honeycrisp apples, peeled and cored
- 8 oz walnut halves, lightly toasted and cooled (~2 cups)
- 2/3 cup Manischewitz
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- In the food processor, blitz together all ingredients with a few pulses.
- Store, covered, in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Be careful not to over-process or you will get mush
