Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 minced garlic cloves OR frozen cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed LIME juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup avocado oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Blitz, whisk or shake all ingredients until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper.
- Store in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
