Ingredients
- 1 can (or 2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced OR frozen garlic cubes
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced OR frozen ginger cubes
Directions
- Combine the peaches, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a food processor or blender.
- Transfer ½ cup sauce to a small bowl for basting.
