Ingredients
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups carrots, peeled & shredded
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Organic Wildflower Honey
- Salt, to taste
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple, cabbage, carrot, green onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage mixture and refrigerate.
