- Allow ceramic baking dish to come to room temp before placing in a preheated oven.
- Unwrap brie and place into the ceramic dish.
- Cut a 2" cross into the surface of the cheese.
- Place dish on a baking tray in the center of the oven.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and peel back the rind. Gently stir to ensure cheese is smooth and lump free.
- When smooth, place nuts, syrup, topping, jam, sauce or glaze onto the cheese and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
