- 2 Tbs peanut butter
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- staring with no heat, whisk to combine all ingredients in a non-stick sauce
- turn heat on to medium until the peanut butter has melted
Tastes great over Ramen noodles, veggies, chicken or beef. Can easily be doubled.
