Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp AP flour
- 1 carton veggie stock
Directions
- melt butter in sauce pan
- whisk in flour, cook until golden, until you get a texture like chili to make the roux
- bring veggie stock to a soft rolling boil
- add the roux and whisk
